Information Dates:
The conference will begin at 8:00 am (registration and
continental breakfast at 7:00 am) on October 29, 2002 and will adjourn at 2:45 pm on
October 30, 2002. Optional pre-conference workshops are offered on Monday, October 28 from
8:00 am 5:00 pm.

Conference Fee:
$1595/person.

Pre-Conference Workshops:
The fee for either half-day workshop is $495 with the
conference (or $695 as stand alone); full-day pre-conference workshop is $990 with the
conference (or $1295 as stand-alone) and includes breakfast, lunch, and all materials.
Team Discount:
Groups of 3 or more may deduct $100 per person on the
